For ease of processing, please ensure you maintain all relevant documents, including:

Purchase Order

Invoice
Instructions:
Notify CFMA of your claim by submitting the following documents via mail, email or fax:

Warranty Against defects Claim form (Download here)

Proof of Purchase (Copy of Invoice)

Images of the defect. (If possible)

An assurance that the product has not been damaged, incorrectly assembled, installed or operated, exposed to the elements, negligently treated, or misused. Any false representations may void your claim and constitute a breach in law.
Upon a review of your Claim, you will be contacted by a representative of CFMA, who will respond to bona fide claims in a timely manner.
You may be required to make the product available for inspection Mon– Fri between 9 a.m - 5 p.m at a location specified by the Manufacturer.
The product may only be returned to the manufacturer after approval, in writing, by an authorized representative of the manufacturer.
